If you are not entirely satisfied with the Tosca Style products you have purchased, we will gladly return your money or exchange your products within 30 days of receiving products. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we provide a money-back guarantee.

Simply send us an email at info@toscastyle.com with a short explanation of why the product did not match your expectations. We are always searching for methods to improve our products.

To complete a return:

- Send over your order information (Name, order number and email address/phone number) and the product you intend to return to our email info@toscastyle.com

- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Use the original package (if possible) or a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.

For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of any loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post) as we are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

- Your refund will only be processed upon arrival of the package at our returns centre.

- We will send you a confirmation email once the return process is complete. Please allow an additional 7-10 full business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your bank account. 

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.

Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Please check your bank account again if you haven't received your refund yet. Financial institutions may be slow, and your patience is appreciated. It may take some time for your credit card company to post your refund. If you haven't received your return yet, contact your bank. Typically, some processing time is required before a refund is posted.
